Take socialized training and self training of employees as a supplement, according to actual needs, the company selects employees to take part in professional training and academic education held by social training organizations and provides material and policy support to encourage employees to make self training and self improvement.

According to the principle of level-to-level administration and layering and classified training, perfect the operational mechanism of two-level management of the group company and branches and three-level training of the group company, branches and workshops, form diversified, multi-channel and multi-layer training mode that the group company makes an overall planning, the business systems coordinate their efforts and check each other, the group company and branches make layered implementation, internal resources are developed as a whole and external resources are coordinated as a whole.
The Group assigned the HR Department to be responsible for formulating the training programs to enhance the quality of our staff, the training systems, and the training management standard, and develop the universal training platform; the HR Department is also responsible for the implementation of the training programs and plans for enhancing the quality of employees at subsidiaries (branches), as well as the guidance, audit, and evaluation of the budget, use and management of education expenses; one of the key task is to develop, devise and implement the training programs for senior managers and the reserve personnel, second-level managers and the reserve personnel, urgently needed technical specialists and leading talents, in addition to the monitoring and assessment of the training process.
The different business systems are responsible for developing the training programs and plans to enhance the quality of the staff in their own system, organizing the implementation of professional knowledge training and business skills training inside the system, and carry out monitoring and assessment of the training process.
The subsidiaries (branches) are required to develop the staff quality enhancement plans and the annual implementation plan and budget for their own system based on the Group’s overall planning for enhancing staff’s quality as well as the development strategy of their own units; they are responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of the training programs of their own units.
